About Pefcares Support

The Pefcares Support Initiative is a humanitarian arm of the Promise Ebitu Foundation (PEF), created to bring practical solutions to some of life’s toughest challenges. We believe that no one should be left behind because of financial struggles, lack of access, or limited opportunities.
Through Pefcares, we provide targeted support for individuals and families in need, from lifesaving medical aid and quality education to skills training and business empowerment.

Types of Support

Medical Support

Covering treatments, drugs, surgeries, and assistive devices to improve health and well-being. Health is a human right, yet many people are forced to live with untreated illnesses because they cannot afford proper care. At Pefcares, we bridge this gap by providing essential medical support, including treatments, life-saving surgeries, and prescribed drugs..

Educational Support

Education remains the greatest tool for breaking cycles of poverty. Unfortunately, many children and young adults are denied this opportunity due to financial challenges. Through scholarships, payment of school fees, and provision of learning materials, Pefcares ensures that dreams are not cut short. We believe every child deserves to sit in a classroom, hold a book, and pursue a future without limits.

Vocational Training

Not everyone has access to formal education, but everyone deserves a chance to learn skills that can put food on the table. Pefcares equips individuals with practical skills through vocational training programs, providing tools, resources, and certification. From tailoring and hairdressing to ICT and crafts, our programs empower beneficiaries to build sustainable livelihoods and become financially independent.

Business Empowerment

We understand that small businesses are the heartbeat of communities, yet many struggle to grow because of a lack of capital or equipment. At Pefcares, we provide startup funds, expansion capital, business equipment, and entrepreneurial training to help individuals turn ideas into thriving enterprises. By supporting businesses, we are not only lifting families out of poverty but also creating jobs and strengthening local economies.
